Good size room, microwave and coffee pot needed cleaning. Lady bug invasion, not sure how they were coming into the room. Maintance did there best to vacuum them up but with in hours they were back.

Room was decent. Bathroom shower was odd, Tub floor was 5 inches higher than BR floor which makes for a unique exit experience when wet. Place could use some money invested in it. Front desk receptionist does A LOT of apologizing to your guests because of the lack of upkeep. She deservesa BIG raise.

I’ll try to describe all those inconveniences we experienced when we were staying there. Everything started with checking in where we found out that our room was not located in this address and obviously in the building of the hotel mentioned in booking information. As a front desk representative explained we should have driven for more than 2.5 miles to arrive in the area where the small building was located to get into the room. When we finally arrived at that building there was nobody from hotel staff who could help us and we definitely needed help since our card keys were glitching and we couldn’t open the door during 10-15 minutes. It was late 11:30 pm and we barely found the parking area so we didn’t really want to drive back in the main building so I decided to call front desk and believe or not nobody answered the phone at all. Finally we got somehow in the room and all other “surprises” started there: there was no heat it was freezing cold, the floor was dirty not vacuum cleaned at all. A lot of small plastic pieces ( broken container or maybe broken plastic bottles) were everywhere around. Huge spiders on the walls. We have been on the first floor, what was really shocking for me there was a door leading outside on the street from the living room and the locker of that door was damaged it was not closing we slept in opened room. Finally in the morning after shower we found out that there is no hair dryer. And at the front desk nobody was picking up the phone!

Loved our stay and how everything is under one roof but the elevator was broken we had to walk up and down three flights of steps in a cold stairwell, just to smoke all the time and it was a lot I won’t return just due to that. They didn’t offer us a different room or a discount I felt like I didn’t relax on vacation but was exercising

The front desk was great at check in and check out. However tried calling front desk multiple times because the blinds didn’t work in the room, also tv had snowy picture. Also room was outdated with toilet, kitchen stuff no pots or anything in the kitchenette area. Also have been trying to get a hold of someone at the site and can never get anyone to call me back.

DONT DO IT! Everything was bad. I read the reviews and hoped things had gotten better. They did not. 1. The heat is turned off at night. Why? 2. The sofas in the rooms are held up by 2x4s. There was a Kitchenette but nothing to cook with/utensils, plates etc 3. We had a hard time getting food. No one delivers to the hotel. The cafe didn’t have anything in it. The restaurant was understaffed. I told them I could take it to go and went back to my room to wait. 2 hours later they still didn’t have my food. They ahured me that it was done but there was nothing. I waited there another half hour and they came out with my food. Most of it was missing and no utensils. They gave me ribs on the house but it was actually another guests food. I had been there when he ordered it. 3. Elevator didn’t work. I’m handicapped and struggled to get up and down the stairs. We also had to use the service stairway that was very creepy. They had cleaning supplies behind the doors that made it unsafe to get in and out. 4. The property was smelly and was located on backroads that did not have street lights. 4. The pool was cold. The waterpark was weak. Most of it was not working or had cold water. I’m sure I missed many things. Overall it was a disastrous trip. We heard so many people there saying they would never return. If you want a cheap hotel then this is your spot. But if you want a nice trip for your family, this is not it. I wish I could get my money back. DONT STAY HERE!!

The property was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy put i recommend bringing your own pillows. The kitchen definitely needs to be updated and maybe some more items provided as there werent any oven mits or any soap or sponges for dishes to be washed. The place definitely has thin walls and you can hear what goes on in the next room. Indoor pool should definitely get a heater as it was beyond freezing. Also bowling alley needed some work done but was fun reguardless. All in all it was a very lovely stay and will stay again but just needs some updating....

The room was very dirty, as were the public bathrooms around the facility - so dirty in fact that when I entered the ladies room nearest to the main lobby, the floor was sticky, every toilet had excrement or urine in it or on it, and I refused to use the facility. The restaurant menu is very limited and the food is passable at best. There was construction happening around the property that made it difficult to navigate. There were large potholes and broken uneven pavement. The beds were beyond awful. Old mattresses that were thin and had broken springs that dug into our backs and hips. Truly the worst nights sleep ever. The blankets were so thin you could almost see through them so we froze all night long. The decor is old and dated, and it is extremely clear no one has put an ounce of care into the upkeep of this property since the 80's. If you have the option to stay somewhere else, you should.

The staff was friendly However, The hotel rugs are all stained. Elevator in main hotel did not work. Everything looks rusty old and dirty. The pool was freezing. The hot tubs looked like jelly and very dirty. The fast food area served food that was cold in the middle. (Breakfast sandwich & wings) The hotel needs updating a SERIOUS MAKE Over.
