The facility was like the movie The shining or the Bates motel it was absolutely despicable. I would never recommend anyone to this facility you may not leave in one peace I'm not lying it's bad . My reservation was canceled thank God. The place looked like a ghost town and the hitel itself was so cold and in a very bad conditions. The staff didn’t looked professional and the bathroom was dirty. We decided to go to another hotel instead of staying and make another reservation. It's a shame because the hotel is in a nice place and from the outside signs you believe that the hotel would be amazing.
