Disappointing

I’m actually really disappointed this comfort inn is no where compared to the others, first the room was half cleaned bed was made no smell of cleaners and trash still in the trash bags in the room, room wasn’t locked when we checked in the bathroom light was flickering barley lite told the front desk they changed the bulb but when you turn it off the goes back to flicking which is concerning bc I have EPILEPSY….. was told just leave the light on and when I sleep just close the door “like what the hell?” Breakfast was ok not bad juice machine very water down drinks, this is a hard no for me not worth the price

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days. My room was never cleaned and the rug in the room smelled very dirty. I complained about the why the room was not cleaned the answer i got was, I wrote a note for them to clean but unfortunately housekeeping leave at 2pm therefore nobody can clean now. Also big safety issue the tub in the shower has cracks( damaged) slippery.

The room was on terrible condition. Pictures had been torn off the walls, walls were scuffed and dirty, refrigerator didn't work because the door was bent. And the worst thing was that the room was on the first floor and the drapes were partially torn off and wouldn't close properly.
