The rooms are a little rundown and in need of some revamping. We had 4 people staying in the room with only 3 sets of towels so I had to ask for more towels. The tv when turned on was all “snow” when turned on. I had to ask the attendant to help when the towels were delivered. When we arrived the elevator was out of order and we had to use the stairs and carry our luggage up. Those stairs had the very warn carpet held together with duck tape. The next morning we had the buffet breakfast. They were very understaffed. The food, drinks, cups, utensils all ran out and we had to wait around waiting for everything to be restocked. The juices never were. There wasn’t even any water.

Both elevators were broken, the ac/heat was so noisy we had to turn it off or it would keep us up all night. The lock on the room door is broken, so it would not always work. Around 10am every morning there would be a super loud rumbling below our room. We were denied food in the restaurant before it officially closed.

The room and bathroom were outdated and not properly cleaned. The hairdryer had what appeared to be blood stains, and there was a water bottle left on the floor. We stayed on the 4th floor, and because the elevator was out of order, we had to use the stairs, which were very dirty.

It seemed to me that the receptionist did not really like visitors from other countries who speak English poorly, did not answer questions, instead of two nights she gave us a room for one night and said that she didn't see another booking, which makes her incompetent or intentio. I don't accept this attitude towards myself. We also asked for a room with a view of the mountains, which she simply paused and initially wanted to accommodate us on the second floor, although the reservation was 4, в итоге номер был с видом на лес и в нем пахло старостью

After receiving our keys and going to our floor, we went straight down to the front desk and requested a new floor and room. The third floor didn’t just smell of weed, you would get high just off the amount of second hand smoke. After receiving a new room, we find that the smoke detectors are covered in plastic, blood stain on the wall, water damage across the ceiling in multiple spots, dark brown mystery stains all over the curtains, the shower is beyond disgusting and has rusting rails, and more. If it wasn’t for the fact that no where else has openings, we would have left in a heart beat. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR FAMILIES. I want to know how the health department hasn’t yet shut this place down.

Staff is great but the place is not as clean as it once was. The refrigerator was filthy, the games are always taking the kids money in the arcade. There was an old birthday cake by the lock room near the pool. Just rotting away. $209 with dog fee I paid was a lot for not getting much at all. No microwave in the room, brought food for the kids and couldn’t warm it up. Think they have one for the entire resort by the front desk. We put our drinks in the fridge only to wake up and everything be hot, it wasn’t plugged in. The TV barely worked, my partner kept trying to fix it so the kids can watch something before bed. Oh and the toilet didn’t flush, partner fixed that too. Used to be my favorite place to stay :(

Room was clean but needs a lot of upgrades. Door dob on closet was falling off, the carpet had torn areas by the door, the curtain had lots of tears. Besides that, the hotel was close to camelback for the skiing and snow tubing. Paid buffet breakfast was decent with enough options to choose from. Would recommend if you overlook certain things and just need to stay for the location.
