I don’t know where all these 10/10 reviews came from. The hotel is dingy and dirty. Our room smelled horrible. In the morning my shower was ice cold. Then the breakfast was cold! I was very happy to leave.

The floor in the room was filthy. The carpet in the hall was filthy. There were garbage bins in the hall. The hot tub had a shower curtain on each side. There was no wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. Awful layout. People were smoking at the front entrance. Walking through smoke to enter or exit was unacceptable. The breakfast buffet was not self serve. A staff member behind the bar filled your plate. You could not see the amount being put on you plate. A huge waste of food. We have never been at a hotel breakfast buffet where we did not serve ourselves. We will never stay here again.

Overall the hotel was pretty good. Clean, staff was super nice, AC keep my cool. The bar was clean and the drinks were very good. The breakfast was very good and I especially liked that they serve you so ppl are touching the foods

The hotel was clean and check in was very easy. We reserved a room with a hot tub in the room. So I thought it would be a Hot tub. We were there for only one night but the value amount for the amenity was not worth the extra money spent. It is advertised as hot tub but more like a jacuzzi tub in your bathroom. Not much bigger than a regular tub. Had to fill with hot water and then it cooled off quickly. Nothing to keep the water temperature up. 3 out of 6 of the keys did not work.

There was no water pressure in the shower. The staff in the lounge was rude. The coffee carafe was almost out of coffee and I could not get any. When I told him, he rudely said " That is the coffee" When I pressed the remaining quarter cup of coffee, he said " Now we are out of coffee" His mannerism was rude and when I tried to talk to him about it he said he had a head ache. The waffle station was wobbly and people could be hurt if it slipped and fell. Really a rip off for the money they charge.
