Property shows age! Tub was chipping, did not drain well, overall cleanliness was subpar. Ceiling tile in bathroom was coming down. Floors in hallways were dirty and trash on floors. Had to get a roll away bed and pay extra for our fifth guest in room, did not specify that at booking! Thought we would have had a pull out couch. Room was small and bathroom extremely tight. Not enough towels, toilet paper. Breakfast was ok, but quality was not like other similar hotels! Guests were rude, loud, and noise was an issue! pool was dirty as well as hot tub! Dogs were constantly barking. We were away from hotel for skiing so we decided to make it work but if we were going to be there any longer we would have looked for another hotel.

The property is a little dated, but for the price point it makes sense. It was well kept despite its age and the staff was all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the lounge had good drinks and food. The surrounding area immediately around the hotel is also a little run down but there was a lot to do nearby and lots of good food to be found. If you’re like us and not spending a ton of time in your room then this hotel is perfectly adequate. While not an issue to us, the hot water did take some time to heat up and the walls were thin and the doors had some gapping that let light and noise in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

For the people that don’t eat port there is not accommodations. The hot tubs are not clean around the Borders and the stoppers don’t work properly. Staff wasn’t to friendly. I rate this property a 3 out of 10.

It doesn’t look anything like the pictures that’s advertised. The room smells like wet carpet, the bathroom is so small when the door is opened you can’t get in the shower. The pool had something floating around in the water. The bar area lady took so long to take my order, I left and went back into the room hungry.I will see how the breakfast is in the am and give an update.
