Important Community Information

• Guest Registration: Once you book, you’ll receive a guest registration form that must be completed promptly. **No Changes May Be Made 3 days prior to your stay!

• Required Registration: Your reservation will be canceled if the registration form is not completed.

• 3-Day Requirement: Arrowhead Lake requires guest registration at least 3 days before arrival.

• Late Registration: Reservations made within 3 days of arrival are subject to a $100 late registration fee.

• Arrival QR Code: Once registered, you’ll receive a QR code approximately 24 hours before arrival for access to the gated community and amenities.

• No Surprise Fees: All required Arrowhead Lake community fees are already included in your booking price.
