This hotel was so cute, and in a great location. It was within walking distance of everything. The rooms were clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool was also a plus since Lava hot springs was closed for Thanksgiving.

We went up on Thanksgiving and stayed overnight. We stayed in one of the little cabins. We love the hot pool at this hotel! It’s clean, private and the perfect temperature.

The room was ok. Nothing really bad about it. It was adequate. The parking is highly inadequate. Probably 6 spots for 30 rooms. I don’t know the exact ratio but plan on parking down the road someplace.

The staff were welcoming and kind. The tiny house was clean and tidy. The bed unfortunately was rather hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were rather skinny. The place had some interesting quirks as far as heating and the floor in the kitchen squeaked really loud.
