I was staying in this hotel for Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately my stay was cut short because the conditions of the rooms are not acceptable. The first room where I was initially staying was extremely filthy. There was dust everywhere, the pillows were yellow, the sheets were dirty, there were spiderwebs everywhere. This was at the Chase house. Then they move me to Baypoint. Here again, the sheets were dirty the pillows were yellow, there were spiderwebs. But it did seem a bit cleaner and more renovated then the Chase house. I had to do the cleaning myself with the help of a personnel from the hotel , Because the cleaning crew never arrived. I was still charged by the hotel for one full night stay even after my issues. I spoke to the manager, and she said that I have to call Expedia to request a refund, I called Expedia and turns out that the only one that can provide the refund is the hotel, and they were not willing to do that. Expedia thankfully provided a credit towards my account, but not in the full amount for my one night stay. I hope no one goes through what I went through. This is a place that I would never like to stay in again.
