This lovely fully upgraded 1850 Victorian home in Plymouth is located right downtown … only steps to Plymouth Harbor, shops, dining & entertainment plus it offers harbor views from several of its rooms.
Enjoy dining in out at many fine restaurants in Plymouth or stay in with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner Viking stove, dishwasher and refrigerator,
There is a 1st floor washer & dryer and lovely deck & fire pit with ocean view in the park like backyard setting
Relax and unwind on the deck and enjoy an evening by the fire pit. Or rest of a rocking chair with a good book on the front porch.
There are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a 3rd bedroom with a queen sized sofa bed
Plus the living room converts easily to a private 4th bedroom with a queen sized sofa bed
There are 2 1/2 bathrooms including a soaking bathtub and rain shower.
Step out to walk along the harbor or downtown shopping, dining & entertainment in the beautiful Cape Cod Gateway, Plymouth MA! Bringing children? Awesome, highchairs, pack & play, some toys, books and games along with two water view playgrounds and splash pad ...also in walking distance...though there is plenty of free parking there as well as here at the house.
Or entertain at home with a parklike back yard, with water views, BBQ grill, fire pit and a small covered sand box for kiddos, too.
