The beds were very comfortable and the room clean but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety. The owner was mos helpfull and friendly.

We had such a lovely one night stay, the hosts were so helpful and thoughtful, especially as we were arriving late on a Saturday evening. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely, absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone for any length of stay. Lovely breakfast too

Lovely hotel

Able to check in at 12 midday which was great. Lovely owners, everywhere was spotlessly clean and a fabulous breakfast. Only 5 minutes from the Hoe in a very quiet part of town, but only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Would definitely recommend it.

Great single room with ensuite

Ideal single room with ensuite ,desk and TV - clean and tidy, warm and comfortable bed - perfect, just what I needed for the one night. Was greeted on arrival and also when i left. One minor downside the blinds arent black out ones unless I didnt see a curtain I could pull across.

Excellent value.

Got there early but was still allowed to check in and go to my room. The guest house was close to the sea and was easy to find. The parking was fine although you pay for the day and night extra. It was easy to find parking place. In fact i found one right outside the house on every day. Room was great.very clean.in pristine decorative condition and quite. Breakfast was very good. Even for someone of my size. Overall i would definitely recommend this house to all my friends and will definitely be staying again.

A great stay for a couple nights whilst at a workshop. The food was fantastic and the hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly.
