L'optimist - Pluneret

In an old farmhouse, you will enjoy a warm and peaceful setting for your next vacation. This holiday home is ideally located just 5 km from the charming city of Auray and 20 km from the historic town of Vannes. It is the perfect base for discovering all the key sites of southern Morbihan! This cottage offers: - On the ground floor: a living room with a dining room, lounge, and kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. - Upstairs (spiral staircase): 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, 1 bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm beds (can be converted into a 160 x 200 cm bed). You will also have access to a shared laundry room with a freezer, washing machine, dryer, and shower room for when you return from the beach. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace at the rear of the cottage, a south/east-facing gravelled courtyard, parking, a garden, and a lockable shed for your bicycles. This cottage adjoins the owners' house and cottage 56G17650, with shared parking, laundry room, garden, and bicycle shed. Here, the owners are happy to welcome you to their peaceful haven, in all simplicity, for lovely moments of sharing and conviviality. The plus: they can, if you wish, direct you to local activities, good addresses, visits on foot, by bike or by car. They will tell you which is the best beach depending on the wind, the tide, or the quality of the sand you are looking for. They have created an eco-responsible place and wanted to give new life to as many furniture and objects as possible that they have found. In this same approach, the television is replaced by a library and board games.
