This is a charming granite farmhouse, renovated so you can enjoy the countryside, nature, and peace and quiet. It is surrounded by old, unrenovated buildings. You’ll be the only ones in the hamlet. The house has a lawn and two terraces.
A car is essential. Shops are 3 km away.
The house is located 5 km by road from the Léguer (a river with salmon and trout), 5 km from the Beffou Forest, and 10 km from the Coat Noz Forest.
The Pink Granite Coast is about 30 km away, and the sea is about 20 km away (Saint-Michel-en-Grève). This is a great place to relax or to use as a base for exploring northern Brittany: the Breton islands (Bréhat, Batz, Ouessant...), Lannion with its town center and market (every Thursday), Morlaix, Landerneau and its exhibition, the Monts d’Arrée…

Jolie maison correspondant à nos attentes

Située dans un écrin de verdure, au calme, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût, cette maison a été le point de départ de notre découverte de la côte de granit rose. L'accueil des propriétaires y est chaleureux et ils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour bien profiter de la région. Encore merci pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous avons passé un super long week-end !
