- A 32 m² living room with a TV screen, not yet with access to channels, only to platforms. In this room, you will find a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping. (1 person)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room
- Separate toilet
- A spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- A bedroom with two single beds.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dryer, washing machine.

Please note: The accommodation does not have any shutters, only the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

The house is ideally located in Plouharnel, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage or private parking lot of the residence.
