Welcome to Lilia, a charming coastal district of Plouguerneau, where this fully equipped house welcomes you for a comfortable stay by the sea. Ideal for 6 travellers, it is located just 100 metres from the beach, easily accessible on foot. The tides will rhythm your days: rock pooling, swimming, water activities or seaside walks, everyone will find their happiness. From the balcony, enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean, a soothing setting to admire at any time of the day. The large enclosed garden is perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity, sharing convivial meals around the barbecue or letting children play safely. Whether you are in search of rest, sea air or discoveries in the heart of nature, this house is the ideal starting point for exploring the beauties of the Breton coastline.
The entrance is via the garage in the basement: go up the stairs and discover a warm living space, open onto two large separate balconies that go around the house. An external staircase allows you to access the garden directly from one of the balconies, perfect for fully enjoying the beautiful days. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, and when evening comes, you can relax in the living room, comfortably seated facing the sea.
The night area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and the third has a bunk bed (90x190 cm). Each of the bedrooms offers direct access to the balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilets are separate for more comfort.
A washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a high chair for the little ones.
