Enjoy an unforgettable Breton getaway at Ti Braz, ideally located in Plouguerneau between the Atlantic and the Channel. This bright, tastefully decorated holiday home offers sea views and all the comfort you need for relaxing moments with family or friends.



Spread over two floors, the house features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets, accommodating up to eight guests, including babies.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace suitable for remote work, a TV, a washing machine, as well as a baby bed and high chair for the little ones.



Outside, you can enjoy a covered and heated pool, a landscaped garden, a sunny terrace with barbecue, and a pétanque court for fun times together.



The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and the center of Plouguerneau can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. There are four private parking spaces and step-free access for your convenience.



Please note: pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. For stays of one, two, or three nights, bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Maximum capacity: eight guests, including babies. From November 1 to March 28, the pool is not heated.

Schönes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten

Pros: Toller beheizter und überdachter Pool; große, umfänglich möblierte Terrasse tlw. mit Meerblick, sauberes Haus mit toller Aufteilung und guter Ausstattung, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer via WhatsApp mit schneller Reaktion auf Anfragen Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen... Einzig ein zusätzlicher großer Topf und Pfanne hätte uns das Kochen für 8 Personen erleichtert. Dies wird sicherlich noch nachgerüstet.

Pros: Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Pool und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Die Lage zum Strand war auch prima. Cons: Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können und die WLAN Verbindung war etwas instabil.
