Relax in this unique accommodation just 300 meters from the must-see Pointe Saint-Mathieu. A lovely starting point for walks along the GR 34 coastal path and to the fine sandy beaches. This charming house is being offered for rent for the first time; treat yourself to a stay in this idyllic setting. This spacious accommodation with sea views is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You are ideally located between the towns of Plougonvelin and Le Conquet and their amenities. The house has a beautiful outdoor space with a terrace and a large garden. You can admire the sea view and the St. Mathieu lighthouse. Inside, the accommodations are composed as follows: - An entrance into a beautiful, very bright living room with a lounge and dining area - An open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with a lovely view of the horses - A work area with a desk - A laundry room with a washing machine - A sleeping area with a bathroom with shower and double vanity, as well as a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - A second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) Upstairs - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a beautiful view of the sea and the St. Mathieu lighthouse. - A children's bedroom with three beds (two single beds (90cm) and one double bed (120cm)). Some games and books are available. Parking is available on site. Beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided. All necessary baby equipment is provided. La maison est très bien équipée et bien située. Elle est très agréable avec de grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur le phare St Mathieu. Notre séjour s’est parfaitement bien déroulé. La communication était optimale et la personne qui gère la maison est réactive. Séjour parfait.
