Spacious neo-Breton house facing the sea with a garden and parking for several cars (a rare find on this street!). Four bedrooms, including one on the first floor and two with stunning sea views over Paimpol Bay. Two bathrooms. Access to the GR34 hiking trail 50 meters away. All the charm of a Breton holiday with all the comforts of home: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, barbecue, garden furniture, and a single-car garage. Very quiet location, 3 km from Pointe de l'Arcouest with ferry service to Île de Bréhat, 100 meters from a small beach, and 1 km from Launay beach (a 15-minute walk). Paimpol is easily accessible via pedestrian and cycle paths (4 km).
