Located in the centre of Ploeren, a pleasant commune near Vannes, Auray and Arradon, this house combines proximity to shops and serenity in a verdant setting. The terrace is particularly welcoming and the house will delight you with its location and facilities. The ideal base for exploring the region with family or friends.



This townhouse with a large living area combines outdoor living on the ground floor, with its charming garden, and indoor living, around its wood-burning stove and comfortable lounge area.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen will seduce budding chefs and will be the gathering point for food lovers.

A sleeping area consisting of a large bedroom with its private bathroom, a laundry room, and separate toilets complete this level.

Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate WC offer a comfortable and warm sleeping area.

The house can thus accommodate six travellers. It has an enclosed garden.

The house is located in the heart of Ploeren, behind the church and 250m from the bakery and shops. A small food market is held there on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. The supermarket is 700m away.

In 2 minutes, you can reach the RN165, a major road axis that easily connects to Vannes or Auray. You can also quickly reach the direction of Arradon and Baden and their beaches (10 minutes by car).

Megalithic sites, marinas, surfing or lounging beaches, hiking trails, the range of possible activities here is very wide. Water sports enthusiasts (sea kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing) can indulge themselves without penalising hiking or cycling lovers. Throughout your stay, the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan will offer you spectacular landscapes. A region to absolutely discover!

In the immediate vicinity of Vannes and Auray, the commune of Ploeren is particularly convenient for exploring the region. Located not far from the coastal communes of the Gulf of Morbihan (Arradon, Baden, Larmor-Baden), it provides easy access to hiking trails, ports from which to set out by boat to discover the Gulf and its many islands (Ile aux Moines and Ile d'Arz). It is also a strategic location for discovering the towns of Auray and Vannes and the sublime Bay of Quiberon (Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Plouharnel).

Séjour en famille avec nos enfants (25 ans, 21 ans et 18 ans).

De supebes balades, nous avons dégusté de délicieuses galettes et crêpes, nous avons pu profiter de journées ensolleillées, de la maison et de son jardin. Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, très propre et très bien située pour visiter la région.
