Nice little house 5mn walk from the beach

Small house full of charm, completely renovated in 2026, located in Kerroch in an enclosed garden 5 minutes walk from the pretty beach of Perello in Ploemeur.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a 160 cm bed (a travel cot is available if needed) as well as the shower room equipped with a washing machine.
On the first floor, a living room including a living room equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed (140cm), an equipped and fitted American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso vertuo coffee machine, kettle...)
The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors to eat around a barbecue,
You can also enjoy a Nordic bath to relax

The bakery is located 350m from the house, ideal for having fresh bread for breakfast.
The nearest supermarket is 1.5km away, 2-3 minutes by car, as is the pretty little port of Lomener where there are a few restaurants and creperies.
Surf spots are 10 minutes away by car.
You can also play golf (5 minutes by car) or visit the Laïta estuary on foot or by paddle (15 minutes by car).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie maison refaite à neuf de notre sympathique et dynamique hôtesse.Tout y est fonctionnel, très bien équipé, et le bain nordique est un agréable bonus !La plage est accessible rapidement à pied via un petit chemin ombragé, et une boulangerie AB se trouve à 350m.Merci à la propriétaire de nous avoir fait confiance, les biens pet friendly sont généralement dépourvus de toute idée de déco et un peu vieillottes.
