This wonderful holiday home with pool in Baina enjoys an idyllic location not far from a lake. A beautifully furnished interior provides comfort as a pleasant living ambience spread over two floors with external stairs. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate kitchen with barbecue and leisure room. On the first floor there is a kitchen-living room with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a lovely pool with sunbathing area and a covered terrace. The lake is approx. 300 m away and the sandy beach is approx. 15 minutes away by car. Luxuriöses Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren im Sommer 2024 mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern zwischen 9 und 13 Jahren für eine Woche in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles sehr neu, modern und top ausgestattet. Es gibt praktisch zwei Wohnungen mit separaten Eingängen. Beide Wohnungen haben ein eigenes Bad. Die obere Wohnung hat auch nochmal eine zweite Küche dabei. Zusätzlich gibt es unten einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und großem Esstisch. Für unsere schon etwas größeren Kinder war diese Aufteilung optimal. Klappt sicher auch gut für zwei Familien. Das Haus ist sehr neu und modern. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, bis hin zum Kicker und Billiardtisch im separaten Spielzimmer. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt mit einem herrlichen Pool. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Feigenplantagen und man ist wirklich ungestört. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und es hat alles gut geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Nach Ploce sind es nur wenige Minuten, dort gibt es alles was man braucht (Lidl usw.). Ploce selbst ist zwar kein Highlight, allerdings gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche schöne Badeorte. Zudem liegt das Haus in der Nähe eines schönen Sees, mit Strandbars, SUP-Verleih usw. Wir haben außerdem diverse Ausflüge gemacht, bspw. nach Dubrovnik fährt man ca. 1,5 Stunden.
