We arrived early and the staff were very helpful explaining the hotel's amenities and directions to Plitvice. We were able to leave our luggage and then just pick up key after our park exploration. Liked the MCM feel of the public spaces and our room, while more basic in design, was comfortable and well suited to our stay. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay and had many offerings. Vwry convenient to busstop and #2 park entrance.

This hotel desperstely needs a renovation. The hotel however is in an amazing location, but i believe its extremely overpriced. The wifi is pretty bad as well. The park wifi is better than the hotel wifi. Breakfast is ok, but nothing amazing.

The location is great as it’s right next to entrance 2 however the shower/tub was super small (I’m 5’ 4” and couldn’t stand up with the shower head at the top). We had to use the shower/tub like a bath. Amenities are a bit out dated but in good condition

Accessible parking was excellent. Staff very helpful planning our trip knowing my husbands limited mobility and making transportation arrangements. Accessible room was great except for bathroom. Using the shower got water all over the bathroom floor and was very dangerous...very slippery! For breakfast they were slow to refill the food.
