Chalet near Dinard and the beaches

Small 19 m² chalet on our family property. Enjoy a private terrace, a fitted kitchen with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer, a TV, a sofa bed for two, a coffee table and a foldaway dining table. The bedroom has a 140 × 200 cm bed, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. Access to the chalet is through our grounds and across our terrace; there is no fully separate entrance. A quiet, friendly setting where everyone's privacy is respected.



A supermarket with laundry facilities is 200 m away.



The town centre is 300 m away, with banks, a butcher's, bakeries and other shops. The greenway, 200 m away, offers walking and cycling routes to Dinard and Dinan.



By car: 20 minutes to Dinan's historic centre, 10 minutes to Dinard and its beaches, 10 minutes to the banks of the Rance, 15 minutes to Saint-Malo and 35 minutes to Mont Saint-Michel.



Security: two outdoor surveillance cameras are installed on our house: one covers the property entrance, the other the garden. Neither points towards the chalet or its private terrace. The cameras are disabled and switched off throughout your stay.

Location propre en apparence mais qq de détails à revoir, plat de cuisson (pyrex) sale, tasses et couverts moyens. Un nettoyage du salon de jardin aurait été bien, aussi, surtout en été.En voyant les photos de l'annonce, nous avions compris qu'il y avait un jardin, mais en fait, c'est celui des propriétaires, il n'y a pas d'intimité. De plus, je trouve ça dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'entrée indépendante et qu'on doive passer tout autour de la maison et sur la terrasse. Sinon bon acceuil, et environnement calme, commerces à proximité.
