Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 with trees, meadow. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Como" 44 km, ferry "Menaggio" 10 km, pebble beach "Menaggio/Nobiallo" 10 km, public bathing area 9 km.
