Bon séjour, L'appartement est bien équipé et propre, l'accès est facile. Les petits défauts, le parking avec des déchets, il manque une plaquette d'informations pour localiser les espaces notamment les poubelles, et une mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs (parties communes) pas dans l'appartement et un manque d'équipements sur la terrasse du RDC (table et chaises).

C'est bien dommage pour un établissement quasi neuf d'être dans cet état. Dès l'arrivée dans les couloirs la saleté saute aux yeux ça ne sent pas bon du tout, il y a une sorte de moquette dans les couloirs et dans l'appartement qui est sale. Les sanitaires et la salle de bain sont propres et le logement est bien équipé. L'insonorisation est correcte, mais nous avons été réveillé à 23h par l'alarme incendie et à 4h du matin par une violente dispute dans un couloir entre un couple. Les chambres sont censées être non fumeurs, ça sent la cigarette partout, les mégots sont là dès l'arrivée. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix de ce fait élevé.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Pas d’accueil. Parties communes pas très jolies mais la chambre très bien. Un grand lit avec écran plat dans la chambre et salon avec un écran plat. Moderne et design. Salle de bain fonctionnel et toilette séparée. Pour le prix c’est vraiment top.

De woonkamer s niet erg groot, maar net OK voor 2 volwassenen. De badkamer is gescheiden van het toilet, prima. Alles oogt nog nieuw. Het is kortbij een grootwarenhuis; ook een bakker is kortbij (zondag wel naar Plescop rijden) We kregen toegang tot een met sleutel afgesloten "local vélo", prima zo. Helaas geen terras, maar in juni 2026 was het toch te warm

Wat spijtig blijft is dat deze appartementjes geen balkon hebben. Wij wiste dat op voorhand, maar op vakantie is buiten kunnen eten bvb erg aangenaam. Wel geen houten lepels om de Tefal pannen te sparen, je ziet dat er krassen in komen. Spijtig toch. Ook een extra tafeltje tegen de muur zou welkom zijn. Buiten verwachting: we konden onze fietsen stallen in een garage die op slot gaat, sleutel bij de receptie, en die is altijd open.

Le moins mal, c'était la cuisine qui était assez bien équipée. Le reste était en dessous de tout (parties communes pas propres, chambre exiguë, coupures d'eau inopinées, chauffage intermitant, niveau général assez dégradé, etc...)
