Beach, small shops within walking distance in St Laurent de la Mer. Comfortable family holiday home, it is rated 3 stars for the facilities.
Close to all amenities (Urban transport, TGV to St Brieuc).
It benefits from an ideal location to visit the Côtes d'Armor. 3 km from the marina of Légué, 7 km from St Brieuc, close to the seaside resorts of Erquy, Sable d'Or Les Pins, Cap Fréhel and the pretty beaches and ports of Binic, St Quay-Portrieux, the cliffs of Plouha, the island of Bréhat, the "Pink Granite Coast"...
Many activities for tourists, young and old are offered by the different municipalities: guided tours, museums, music festivals, open-air musical evenings, Fest-Noz...
In addition to beach activities, amusement parks, zoos, sailing lessons, mini-golf and other events... will delight children of all ages. The entire Breton coast is bordered by the customs path that you can discover, overlooking magnificent landscapes. For lovers of old stones and picturesque villages, Moncontour and Quintin are about twenty km from the house.
The house is semi-detached on one side, located in a quiet residential area. On foot, you can take many passages that will allow you to reach the town center and the beach of Nouëlles.
A bus stop is located 70m from the house will allow you to get to Plérin center, supermarkets... 2 cars can park within the property.
You can enjoy the fenced garden at the back of the house with table, folding chairs, 2 deck chairs, charcoal barbecue. You will find board games and books for children and adults. 3 body-boards are available for holidaymakers to play with the waves, a crocket game and small beach equipment (the bike is exclusively reserved for the owners). Some indoor games available for children (Lego and Playmobile).
On request, we provide you with a travel cot, a high chair and a potty.
Shower towels, bed linen and dish/hand towels are included in the rental.
Optional cleaning for 65 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival on site. If you do not choose this option, the house will have to be left as clean and tidy as when you arrived.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Sejour de l'ascension au petit léjon

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La mer est accessible à pied c'est un vrai plus! Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, d'une propreté impeccable et décorée avec goût. Merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux et les échanges.
