Welcome to Les Résidences du Golf.

In a family-friendly and secure setting (a gated community with a code-operated gate), you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, which is open from 1 July to 31 August. Dates are subject to change... depending on the weather.

On the ground floor of this lovely 65m² house, you’ll find a spacious living area with a brand-new kitchen, a dining area, a TV lounge with a large corner sofa, and a terrace of around 10m² equipped with garden furniture overlooking the communal areas.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, and a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bunk bed above it.

Ideally situated on the outskirts of the village of Pléneuf Val André, you will be staying in a quiet and secure residence. Recently and tastefully renovated, you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

Ty Time "Positive: The property is located in a nice quiet area with good appliances. Negatives: Address given was wrong. Given “Rue des Marettes” which doesn’t come up in the area in Google maps. It should be “Alles des Marettes”. Person meeting was very pleasant but couldn’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate on how to find property or how to use appliances. Shower in the bathroom is dangerous and slippy with no grip or rails. Bunk bed in second bedroom not suitable for an adult. Lots of instructions on cleaning up and leaving out bins etc. with a threat of a surcharge if not carried out, despite not being told where the bins were located and also a hefty fee of €80 levied already for cleaning."
