House completely renovated and equipped with new in 2017, all comfort, in a peaceful residential area, ideal for reunion with family or friends ...
It is located 5 minutes walk from the beaches of VAL ANDRE and its customs path. Very close to the port of DAHOUET with its shops: bakery, local grocery store, cafes and restaurants.

The seaside resort is very lively in summer and many activities are offered there: water sports, sea trips to the island of Bréhat, sand yachting, surfing, paragliding, hiking, tennis, golf, marine spa ...

Week-end de 3 nuits à 12 pour fêter un anniversaire. La maison très chaleureuse très propre et bonne literie. Près de la mer ,malgré un temps capricieux nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette bien décorée où chacun a sa place. Je recommande.

Excellent séjour au Val André avec une belle semaine ensoleillée !le gîte est très bien équipé, grand et fonctionnel avec un studio en bas idéal pour un couple avec jeunes enfants. Maison idéale pour un rassemblement entre amis ou en famille

Nous avons loué la maison de Sylvie pour un anniversaire en famille, nous étions 9 adultes et 3 enfants et avons tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, la maison est grande et très bien équipée, parfaitement adaptée à un rassemblement familial ou entre amis car elle permet de loger tout le monde avec toutes les commodités pour se sentir bien. Sylvie est très arrangeante sur les modalités et les horaires d'arrivée et départ. La maison qui se compose de deux logements pouvant être indépendants avec une belle salle salon pour se réunir est propre et bien agencée avec salle de bain et toilettes sur les 3 niveaux ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Les enfants ont adoré la chambre du bas où ils ont pu dormir à 3. Nous n'avons pas pu vraiment profiter du jardin au vu de la saison mais celui - ci est très agréable, bien aménagé, au calme. De plus la maison est très bien située pour se ballader le long de la côte ou rejoindre le bourg de Pleneuf à pieds, la très jolie plage de l'Anse du Pisault est à quelles minutes de marche.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en famille ou entre amis pour profiter de cette belle maison et de son environnement exceptionnel.

Maison comportant 2 gîtes dont un en rez de jardin ,nous avions loué les deux pour 10 personnes dont 4 âgées. Gîte très bien placé, rue calme, accès à la plage en 5 min. Belles promenades tout près. Idéal pour une semaine en famille.

Séjour très agréable

Maison très confortable avec de bonnes literies, bien équipée. Superbe jardin clos, ombragé et joliment fleuri, idéal avec de jeunes enfants. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des plages, du port et du centre de Val -André que nous rejoignons en quelques minutes à pieds. Merci à Sylvie pour son accueil et ses conseils. Grands-parents, parents et enfants ont tous beaucoup apprécié cette semaine en famille. Nous étions bien installés à KerGeNoVi , avons aimé prendre nos repas sous les arbres du jardin ainsi que la proximité des belles plages ; les cousins de 4,5 et 6 ans se souviendront des énormes châteaux de sable construits tous ensemble et détruits si vite par la marée montante…
