This charming 100 m² house in Pléneuf-Val-André can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a pretty 70 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Friday morning market in Val André... The Val André town centre can be reached on foot along the seafront, via the promenade, a 15-minute walk away...

2 beaches less than 10 minutes' walk away, Val André beach and Pissot beach.
The authentic Icelandic port of Dahouët is a 10-minute walk away. You'll find plenty of bars and restaurants, bakeries and shops.

Transport :
Here is some information you may find useful regarding transport:
- Bus stop: parking de la moinerie, less than 5 minutes from the house.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 16km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 115km away
- In summer, a free shuttle bus runs throughout the resort (stop at the Minihy roundabout).

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- An independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, generally on your route before arriving in Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.

- A physical reception: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat, share their tips with you and give you the keys.
