L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé dans cet immeuble neuf en été 2021, à 20m du front de mer, et dispose d'une petite terrasse avec vue sur mer. Néanmoins, étant donné le tarif assez élevé, on s'attendrait à disposer en 2021 de la WiFi, d'un réfrigérateur qui ne soit pas un table top puisque le logement est prévu pour 6, etc... Autres petits manquements: l'une des deux chambres ne dispose d'aucun rangement (placard, commode), pas de tapis de douche ni de serpillière, pas de cuvette, ni d'ailleurs du moindre produit ménager. Batterie de cuisine assez modeste. Par contre, assiettes, verres, couteaux, etc... corrects. Bref, comme le linge (draps, serviettes, taies) n'est pas fourni, il faut prévoir un mini déménagement pour profiter au mieux de ce logement.
