Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen open to a lounge area, a laundry/storage room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with adjoining private bathroom (basin and shower), a toilet with hands, an entrance hall with large dressing room. On the 1st floor: a relaxing reading landing and a screen (to connect a console for example), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x190), bathroom (shower and basin), wc with washbasin. On the south gable, a terrace under a courtyard with a summer kitchen (fridge, sink, griddle). On the east facade, a 25 m² paved terrace and a few Japanese steps leading to the 5-seater SPA available all year round (access and use = €100/week, on request, payment to the owners). Garden of 2500 m² in lawn bordered by a small embankment and surrounded by fields. Tarred parking space on the west side, at the entrance to the gîte. At the end of the courtyard a family house rarely occupied. By renting Léocadie, you will surely make people jealous! Very comfortable, this gite enjoys a pleasant unobstructed view of the foothills of the Bois de Boquen along the Bos Robert stream. Notre Dame de Boquen Abbey 800m away is worth the walk as well as the forest. Samuel and Régine have succeeded in transforming and optimizing this old farmhouse to create a place to live and vacation conducive to both rest and good times. Access to the SPA is optional. From there, lovely getaways loom like the discovery of the Small City of Character of Jugon Les Lacs 17 km away (alleys, half-timbered houses, lake, nautical base, Maison de la pêche, AquaLac Paradise swimming pool complex in season) but also Moncontour another Small City of Character at 19 km and Lamballe, city of Art and History, at 20 km. More broadly, you will be exactly halfway between the Côte de Penthièvre to the north (Erquy) and La Forêt de Brocéliande to the south (Concoret): 45 km.
