My stay at Motel 6 Pleasanton, CA was, in my opinion, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The problems started immediately when my room key didn’t work, forcing me to leave my luggage in the hallway and walk back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. When I finally entered the room, I was stunned to see the ceiling visibly bubbling from what looked like serious water damage. The entire building felt neglected, worn down, and far below any standard I expect from a listed hotel. The night was unbearable. Guests were stomping, yelling, and running around nonstop, making it impossible to sleep. It felt chaotic and completely unmanaged. The room also had no iron or ironing board, so I had to go back to the front desk—in freezing weather—only to be handed an iron and a towel by a staff member with a noticeably rude attitude. From the condition of the room to the noise to the unprofessional service, this stay failed on every level. Based on my experience, I genuinely don’t believe this property should be listed on Expedia or any reputable booking platform until major improvements are made. I left feeling disappointed, unsafe, and shocked that this was considered acceptable lodging.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Cockroachs! Room looked clean when i checked in, but waking up in the midel of the night. There were roaches all over my room. I had ro stop and get roach spray to spray down all my stuff, and wash all my cloathing. This place needs to be shut down until they take care of the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Easy access right off the freeway, parking was great but there is a comedy club right next door so I can imagine people sneaking in their parking lot to park at the Motel 6. The young lady was very friendly. I do not like when you get the CS and their barely talking to you.

Do not stay here, the rooms stink and the beds are terribly uncomfortable. I tried to get a refund because I ended up leaving after 30 minutes and they would not reimburse me because I was in the room for more than 10 minutes The manager is unfriendly and so is the office worker. I don’t know how they have such a high review
