Beautiful entryway. The room I had was large, well laid out, and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & felt clean & updated. The included free breakfast was fabulous! Warm cinnamon rolls! Scrambled & hard boiled eggs. Veggie sausage, and plenty more. Though there is no restaurant on site, they offered room service...maybe from a ghost kitchen nearby??? Room was well insulated to sound. My stay was very comfortable and quiet.

No hot water to take shower for > 1 hr. So I had to check out without shower. The front desk person - when I asked for credit for no fault of mine - told me to come tomorrow and talk to the manager, who don nt work on week ends. I told her how can I come next day when I am from out of town. Much to my surprise I found the Operations Manager - Ron - near the front desk when I came down to check out and explained to him. He apologized and said would give me 50 % credit and let Expedia know about the same. Yet to hear from Expedia. Front desk agent needs more training. Incompetent.

Checking in was easy but the first room we got the beds were messed up and looked used, the keys kept dissactivating and the new room they gave us the bathroom smelled awful, the staff were okay they had a careless attitude but weren’t really mean. Breakfast was good though it was nice and the rooms look like the pictures but overall 2/5, you can tell they aren’t very hygienic with cleaning things there
