My wife and I have stayed at this hotel property multiple times over the past 10 years. Always enjoyed our stay. We checked in on Thanksgiving day 2025, paid extra for Club Room access only to find out by 5pm there was no usual afternoon snacks served that afternoon. I went to the front desk and was told that since it was Thanksgiving day they were short staffed.

All good. One issue, but too late to fix at this point: the hotel is located in such a noisy place (highway traffic) that the pool and jacuzzi are not attractive at all. The noise not only comes for the various highways and roads, but bounces back on the facades into the swimming pool area. Bad architecture from the start. The pool area should have been built on the other side. Oh but wait, that would have been facing north, in the shade… sandwiched between two buildings?

The room was spotless, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, view from our room was beautiful. Bathroom was clean and looked updated. Check in/out were effortless. Check-in staff was very pleasant. We just did the quick check out. Would have been nice to have a “real” restaurant on site, not just a glorified conventional breakfast.
