The space
This is a stationary RV glamping stay designed to provide a comfortable, hassle-free camping experience.

The RV is a 20-foot Class C motorhome that is professionally delivered and fully set up at your reserved campsite before arrival. Guests do not drive, tow, or relocate the RV at any time.

Inside you will find a thoughtfully arranged space including a sleeping area above the cab, a convertible dinette bed, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, dining area, and climate control.

The RV is equipped with solar power and a dual battery system that supports most normal usage even when campsites do not provide electricity. Electric hookups are recommended for full use of air conditioning and microwave.

Delivery, leveling, setup, and pickup are all handled by the host so you can simply arrive and enjoy your stay.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

1. Request to book the RV on VRBO for your desired dates.

2. After submitting your request, reserve your campground site within this listing’s service area.

3. Send us your campground reservation details.

4. Once campground details are confirmed, we approve your VRBO reservation and schedule RV delivery and setup.

**Important**
Booking requests are held for up to 24 hours while guests finalize their campground reservation. If campground details are not received within 24 hours, the request may be declined so the dates remain available for other guests.

Campground fees are not included and must be paid directly to the campground.

Guests are responsible for confirming campground policies regarding RV delivery and third-party setup.

The RV has solar power and battery capacity that supports most normal usage without hookups. Air conditioning and some high-power appliances require an electric campsite hookup.

The RV carries approximately 40 gallons of fresh water for use without a hookup. Once this supply is used, a water hookup is required for continued use.

Propane powers the stove, heater, refrigerator, and water heater.

Only approved dogs allowed. Maximum of two small dogs. Pets must be kept off bedding and upholstery.

No festival use.

A video walkthrough and orientation will be provided before arrival.

Setup, delivery, pickup, and cleaning are fully handled by the host.

Do we drive the RV ourselves?
No. The RV is delivered, set up, and picked up by the host. Guests do not drive the vehicle.

Do we book the campground?
Yes. Guests reserve their campsite directly with the campground. The RV stay and the campsite reservation are separate.

When do we book the campground?
After submitting your VRBO booking request, you should reserve your campground within 24 hours and send the reservation details so the booking can be approved.

Do we need hookups?
Not necessarily. The RV has solar power and battery storage for most normal usage. Electric hookups are recommended for air conditioning and microwave use.

How big is the RV?

Can the RV be moved during the stay?
No. The RV remains stationary for the entire stay.

You can still send the campground confirmation. Site numbers can be provided later once assigned.
