I was put in a room next to the ice making machine, which is very noisy due to people getting buckets of ice but also the machine is noisy when making new ice. I asked 3 different times, with 3 different staff at front desk, to be moved. Each time I was initially told they would transfer me and each time no one replied back. The hotel did not appear to be busy, nor full, so my conclusion is the front desk staff is not very efficient.

The room was clean and the service was good. The mildew smell in the hall on the way to my room, however, was so overpowering it was actually difficult to breath. There was an air filter in the hall running continuously but my God, what a smell!

Clean, spacious room. Check-in was efficient. Courteous, well-groomed front desk staff who checked us in. Very nice lobby with beautiful Christmas decorations. I love the breakfast buffet.
