The hotel was basically closed. No daily housekeeping, no clean towels, no security. Our check-in docs (passport & credit card info), were left on the unmanned recrption for 24 hours, we removed them ourselves! We found a single staff member and made our complaints, he told us the manager would come to site an hour later. We waited for 30mins, nobody came, we passed said staff member 15 mins later, they just have a shrug. Appalling way to treat paying customers. Hotels.com need to remove this place.
