This unique, two-story vacation apartment with two balconies, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (98 m² for 2–6 people)
offers a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Plau, the marina, and the mouth of the Elde River.
It features tasteful, color-coordinated furnishings, and art lovers will find appealing pieces on the walls.
On the upper floor, the living-dining area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a kitchenette, a wood-burning stove (as of 09/2018), and access to the 12 m² balcony.There is also a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, and hair dryer, as well as a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a TV.
In the attic, with its high ceilings and sloped walls, you’ll find the living room with a TV, access to the second balcony, and space for an extra bed (1–2 people). It’s a great place to retreat, enjoy a cozy read, or watch TV. Or you can simply sit there and let the panoramic view take your breath away.
Another bedroom and bathroom (with natural light and a bathtub) are also located in the attic.
All windows and balcony doors are equipped with electric insect screens. A crib and a high chair can be booked free of charge. Please bring your own bed linens, as well as a pillow and blanket for the child.
Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed.
The apartment is located in a low-traffic residential area. The apartment includes a free parking space, approximately 100 m away; hand carts are available for our guests to transport luggage and groceries. And right near the apartment, the natural access to Lake Plau offers the perfect spot for your own personal swimming experience.
