is located on the first floor of Building 6, No. 53.

The direct view of the harbor and the lake beyond gives the space a maritime feel.
The terrace with greenery faces south and is furnished with a table, four chairs
, and two sun loungers.

The 56 m² living space consists of a living/dining area with a kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
The wood-burning stove in the living area creates a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months. All windows and the patio door are equipped with electric insect screens.

Ideal for 2 people; an extra bed for two people is available on the sofa bed in the living room. This apartment has a washing machine.
A small, natural access point to Lake Plau is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m).
A crib and a high chair can be booked free of charge. Please bring your own bed linens, as well as pillows and a blanket for the crib.

Parking is included in the rental price and is located approximately 150 m from the apartment. A small cart is available for our guests to use for luggage and groceries.
