The staff was courteous and kind. Breakfast was good. We didnt have any toilet paper we had to gwt it ourselves. But overall it was a good experience. This was our 3rd stay.

Where to start… building needs repair and update. Our door to our room didn’t close properly, door needs to be rehung everything worn, chipped and stained. Walls are very thin. Most importantly my issue comes with the front desk upon check out. They charged us again for the stay after I prepaid with hotels.com, she basically said I needed to take it up with the online forum because they received no monies from the third party. It has been a hassle dealing with the third party who states the hotel would Not respond back to them..yes I finally got a resolution but it was painful!!! Never again would I stay there.

Have stayed her many times, but this visit was a bit disappointing. First off, the person who checked us in had no personality at all, and appeared to not want to be there. We were given what appeared to be a handicapped room on the 1st floor, which was spacious and bathroom was huge... but, our room key never worked, so we had to go back to front desk over the two days each time we came back to the hotel. And, our door didn't go to the top casing; therefore, with a gap at the top, hallway noise and arcade noise was very loud. Might try a different hotel in the area next time.

The room they gave me had a large rip in the celing with a trash bucket underneath it. I als found 3 bugs on the ceiling I went back down to lobby he told me the room was not supposed to be used He gave me another room that was fine. It was just annoying that they put me in the room in the first place and I had to move all my luggage Poor management

First room had problems with the locks, then we found a bug in the beds (maybe a spider). We got another room, but service staff were not very happy and serviceable. Wall are paper thin. Breakfast was not very good (bare minimum)

We were very impressed with everyone and everything at the Days Inn by Wyndham Plattsburgh. . Our rooms were spotless and the mattresses were perfect. The included breakfast was amazing...plenty of food choices for sll of us to choose from
