Enjoy this fabulous vacation rental with your family—it promises plenty of wonderful memories. <br>Located on the Hauteville Plateau in the Ain department, at an elevation of 850 meters, in the heart of Bugey. <br>One hour from Lyon, Geneva, and Annecy.<br>Just 5 minutes from a ski resort. <br>Many activities are available in the surrounding area: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, horseback riding, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, fishing (Albarine), swimming pool, observatory, casino, etc.<br><br>A 165 m² house, completely renovated. <br>The property is equipped with a stereo system, TV, electric fireplace, free Wi-Fi, barbecue (outdoors), an outdoor hot tub for 6–8 people.<br>On the 1st floor: large living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped) and a bathroom with a shower.<br>2nd floor: 5 bedrooms with a bathroom featuring a bathtub.<br>Available for (minimum 2 nights)<br>- A security deposit of 500€ is required; it will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon completion of the checkout inspection.
