Recently renovated home in the center of Kontomari village, 15 minutes drive from Chania and only 5 minutes drive to Maleme beach. Platanias, a very popular holiday resort with lots of nightlife, cafeterias, restaurants and shops, is only 6 km (10 minutes) away.
The large balconies overlooking the sea and the surrounding green hills offer a wonderful and peaceful overall experience. The house is from 1900 years old, and has its own history, was renovated in 2019. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is child-friendly. There are cots and high chairs in the house.

This has separate entrances and its own parking lot. The house casts natural light from all directions. Due to the positioning of the building on the north-south axis and the existence of several windows and doors, the house is cool and airy even on hot summer days.
The overall WLAN performance (range, speed and stability) is more than sufficient.
