It was a great vacation for our family. We really enjoyed the location, water slides, and multiple pools. We had a family suite with a private pool and it was great to swim at anytime. The al carte restaurants were outstanding. We didn't have high expectations for buffet style meals but they were great as well. The only suggestion would be glass for quests to take away from the bar. I understand the need to protect the pool surfaces so this probably isn't possible, but had to provide something as a critique. Great experience and beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

All inclusive and very chill. Food in main resteraunt in my opinion was very good, though some of the resteraunt dinning experiences were lack luster and would not do again. Very good for families though would be.nicer if had a program for children. At this point would recommend, though construction is a bit poor and in a few years may be run down. Had ants on balcony on third floor coming from crack in structure, and saw lots of little deterioration of the property.

Air condition in the bedroom in our suite was not working. Informed, but nothing happened. Had to remind a second time a few days later. Started working for a few hours then stopped working again. Espresso machine in the suite did not work, told several times but nothing happened. Staff in restaurant never came to ask if we needed more to drink. Food 5/10. Meat and fish mostly overdone and super dry. Chicken several times either overdone or underdone. On the good side, the pool and facilities was great.

Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!

Great family hotel

We had a great week. It is always a concern the food won’t be good at an all inclusive hotel but this place did not disappoint. The guests are 90% families so as a family it’s a relaxing place to be.

The resort is really lovely, the services included are valuable, the staff is polite and helpful. The food was good, and the possibility of visiting some restaurants with table service throughout our stay was a great plus. My daughter (5 years old) really enjoyed the kids' club and the kid's pool area.
