Four full modern bathrooms serve the home, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay. Outside, guests can enjoy garden furniture set among greenery, creating a pleasant space for morning coffee or quiet evenings in the fresh Cretan air. Parking and access to a washing area add further convenience for longer stays. The villa is just a short drive from Maleme Beach and Platanias, known for sandy shores, clear waters, beach cafés, tavernas, and water activities. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
