Just a few minutes from the village of Les Vans and the Chassezac river, I invite you to stay in this large stone house, classified 4 ears of corn, emblematic of the southern Ardèche. The perfect place to share unforgettable moments with family or friends in a peaceful and authentic setting. Nestled in the quiet, charming village of Planzolles, this house enjoys a tranquil setting while remaining close to local shops and markets. With its 200 m², it offers beautiful spaces extended by a heated swimming pool (open from April 1st to September 30th), a 37°C Nordic bath (optional, accessible from September 30th to June 30th), and a garden ideal for relaxation. It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto the terrace, comfortably accommodating 12 people year-round. Two sofas can also be used as extra sleeping space. for additional guests.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très propre et surtout très bien équipée. L'espace extérieur est propice pour passer de bons moments soit au niveau du bain nordique, les différents petits salons extérieurs, la piscine. C'est un cadre magnifique pour se reposer et s'amuser. Ce séjour à la Genette restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Merci également au propriétaire Eric Fleury qui est une personne à l'écoute et charmante.

Absolument extraordinaire

Magnifique maison avec beaucoup de cachet, bien aménagée et bien équipée à tous les niveaux, pièces spacieuses, piscine et jaccuzi très appréciés, grande terrasse ombragée, vue imprenable et sans vis-à-vis, jeux à disposition des juniors, que du bonheur pour se ressourcer en famille. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leurs conseils et leur gentillesse à notre égard. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

Le rêve

Chacun peut s'isoler ou non. Même s'il pleut, la maison est vivable, jeux, film, livres à disposition. Petits marchés alimentaire à côté le vendredi soir très top et les autres jours un peu plus loin. Charcutier, fromager à 2 pas. Apres 2 semaines j'y retournerais bien au plus tôt.
