Cocoonr offers this 20 m² flat with swimming pool for rent in Le Plan-de-la-Tour, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area at the entrance (suitable for children) and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area in the entrance hall with a bunk bed (sleeps two, suitable for children)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 20 x 10 m swimming pool, shared with the residence (unheated). The pool is open from 1 June to 1 October. A security badge is provided to enter the pool gate.

The flat is ideally located in the Les Mas de Saint Lazare residence (secured and closed by an electric gate). All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
