Cocoonr is offering this 20 m² apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Le Plan-de-la-Tour, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area by the entrance (suitable for children) and a shower room (with shower). The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A sleeping area by the entrance with a bunk bed (sleeps two, suitable for children)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron

Outdoors:
- A 20 x 10 m swimming pool, shared with the residential complex (unheated). The pool is open from 1 June to 1 October. A security pass is provided to access the pool gate.

The flat is ideally situated in the Les Mas de Saint Lazare residential complex (secure and enclosed by an electric gate). You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- The beaches of Sainte-Maxime, 9 kilometres from the flat
- A walk along the Sentier des Gorgues
- Exploring the menhirs at Prat Bourdin
- The ‘Les Hameaux’ walk
- A visit to the village of Plan-de-la-Tour via the “discovery trail”

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.
