Maison Renaissance - A Relaxing Spa Getaway

Welcome to Maison Renaissance, your relaxing interlude in Provence. This private house welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed. Enjoy a seasonal swimming pool, a whirlpool bath all year round, a hydromassage shower, a terrace with barbecue, an equipped kitchen and fiber. Sheets and towels provided. Ideal with family or friends to discover Provence and the Alpilles.

The accommodation
Welcome to Maison Renaissance, a private house of 80 m² with a courtyard of 60 m², fitted out to comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers.

On the first floor, you will enjoy a convivial living room with living room, dining area and 140 cm Italian sofa bed offering a real bed for 2 people. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals as if you were at home: fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, crockery and utensils. A separate toilet is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a 160 cm bed and the second has a spacious 180 cm bed with built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with connected TVs to access your own Netflix, YouTube and other platforms. An air conditioning located on the landing cools the floor.

The bathroom is designed as a real wellness area: enjoy a whirlpool bath with hydromassage jets and lighting, which can be used all year round at no extra charge, as well as a hydromassage shower. An LED mirror with Bluetooth speakers even allows you to listen to your music while you are relaxing.

Outside, the 60 m² private courtyard invites you to enjoy the sunny days with terrace, outdoor furniture, deckchairs and gas barbecue. From the beginning of May to the end of September, a 2 × 4 m swimming pool, water depth 1.20 m, is at your disposal. It is not heated.

The house has Wi-Fi fibre. Sheets, towels and essential products are provided: toilet paper, soap, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets...

A parking space n°42 is reserved for the accommodation and several free public parking lots are available a few minutes walk away.

Maison Renaissance is semi-detached and located in a residential environment: it will be particularly suitable for families and couples of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Parties and parties are not allowed and pets are not allowed.

Arrival from 5 p.m. • Departure before 12 p.m.
A key box allows for self-arrival when we cannot be present to welcome you.

Traveler access
You can enjoy the entirety of Maison Renaissance in complete autonomy: the 80 m² of the house as well as the 60 m² private courtyard, the terrace, the seasonal swimming pool and the barbecue are entirely reserved for you during your stay.

A parking space n°42 is dedicated to the accommodation. Several free public parking lots are also available nearby.

Check-in is possible from 5 pm and check-out is before 12 noon. When we cannot welcome you personally, access is simple and self-contained thanks to a secure key box. Detailed instructions on how to find the house and collect the keys will be communicated to you before your arrival.

Other remarks
To ensure that everyone enjoys their stay to the fullest, please read these few facts:

The outdoor swimming pool is available from the beginning of May to the end of September and is not heated. The whirlpool bath is accessible all year round and at no extra charge.

The house is semi-detached and located in a quiet residential environment. We therefore thank you for respecting the tranquility of the neighbourhood. Parties and parties are not allowed and pets are not allowed.

The air conditioning is located on the landing upstairs and allows you to cool this space; it is not installed directly in the bedrooms.

Finally, no specific equipment for babies or young children (cot, high chair, etc.) is currently available.
