"I booked this stay on 12/08/2025 just for them to tell me the day of (when I called them - they could even have the courtesy to call me) that somehow they were over booked and their manager had said the room would go to whoever got their first. The hotel was 45 minutes away from the venue/concert I was attending so I opted to not drive out of my way and book somewhere else. Then I STILL get charged the room fee + $100 cancelation fee. Call and talk to the manager, Helen, today who tells me that she never told her staff that and no one told me that info = no refund. 1. Why would I want to drive 2 hours just to get a hotel somewhere else, get there at 2am, just for fun?!?! 2. This IS being disputed with my bank. 3. Possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I would NEVER suggest anyone trust their booking with this location!! If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would"

"Room was large and clean. The breakfast was tasty -one of the better "breakfast is included" that we've had. Two days and a different variety each day. Location was great for anything you may have needed - Gas, Wal-Mart, restaurants and fast food. Front desk always present and helpful."

"No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. "
