Beachfront on Palm Island, a quiet barrier island reached only by a 4-minute car ferry. Step off the deck onto 7 miles of sugar-sand beach. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, including two king suites with Gulf-view balconies. Soak in the hot tub over the waves, swim in the pool, or paddle a kayak from the private dock on the lagoon. Elevator, bikes, Blackstone and Weber grills. Dolphins, shelling, shark teeth and sunsets guests talk about for years.
The space
Over 2,500 square feet, with Gulf views from almost every room. A screened beachfront porch with dining, a porch swing, and an upper deck made for sunset. The kitchen has a quartz island facing the water, and a coffee bar with an espresso machine, a Keurig and a drinks fridge. Two sets of washers and dryers, so beach towels are never a problem. Golf cart rental is available (ask us), the easiest way to get around the island.
What guests say: "Was even more stunning than the photos." "The pool is an added (and rare!) bonus for the island." "We saw dolphins from the beach house and found wonderful shells and shark teeth on the beach."
Good to know
Palm Island has no bridge. The car ferry runs every day and takes 4 minutes. Many guests buy the weekly ferry pass and stock up on groceries before crossing, which makes island life easy. The island has a restaurant, a gift shop and an ice cream shop.
Traveling with a bigger group? We also own the cottage next door, Sunset Beach Cottage South. Each sleeps 8, so the two together sleep 16. Message us and we will hold both.
