This beautiful home is nestled in the charming Old Florida neighborhood of Cape Haze, where picturesque streets are lined with old banyan, fig, and pin oak trees, and homes are spaciously placed. Upon entering, you are greeted by panoramic sliding doors that look out over a heated pool and spa, creating the ultimate private oasis. This is the kind of place where time slows down, nature is easy to appreciate, and the beverages are always cool.
The home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing generous accommodations for up to six guests. The thoughtful split floor plan ensures maximum privacy, while the center of the home serves as a perfect gathering area. The open kitchen will delight the family cook, allowing them to prepare delicious meals while enjoying views of the pool and spa. The sleeping arrangements include two comfortable king beds and two twin beds. For your convenience, all linens, central air conditioning, high speed internet, and on-site laundry facilities are provided. Entertainment includes a smart television equipped with a Fire Stick streaming device, though please note that cable television is not available.
Outdoor living and adventure are highlights of this property. Guests have access to complimentary kayaks on site with just a short walk to the community launch area. Beach chairs and beach towels are also provided for your excursions. For outdoor dining, a propane barbecue grill is available for guest use.
MPORTANT PROPERTY RULE: Grilling must be done strictly outside. Please do not grill in the garage at any time.
The location is exceptionally close to Boca Grande, which is world famous for its tarpon and sport fishing, outstanding beaches, and boutique shopping. For those choosing to fly into the area, a local private airport is conveniently located nearby.
Please note that pets are considered on a case by case basis, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Final booking totals will include a twelve percent lodging tax, a cleaning fee, and a reservation fee. An electric utility allowance of two hundred and fifty dollars is included in the rental; guests are responsible for any usage overages beyond this amount. Additionally, a three percent credit card fee applies to all payments made by card. To avoid this extra charge, you are welcome to pay by check.
