Located in Placerville, this 3-bedroom house is a beautiful retreat for guests. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, AC, and a fitness room with 190 degree sauna. Adjustable dumbells and plenty of weights for the heavy lifter. Gym has a TV and Pacman for gaming. There are outdoor games on site and indoor table games. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a shower. Minutes from apple hill and downtown. Hit lake tahoe in a hour and skiing in 45min. Tucked away with no visible neighbors to enjoy peace and quiet. 2 firepits and 2 bbq to enjoy outdoor cooking. Evenings are very calm usually no wind or very little to hang out by the fire and roast marshmellows. Driveway is a wrap around giving easy access and plenty of parking. Snows in the winter with the road getting plowed. Do not need 4 wheel drive. House is 1 year new and has very nice finishes to enjoy the comfort of nice country living. Beautiful home in the woods

This property was beautiful, updated, very roomy, decorated beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need house was very clean. The surrounded property was beautiful. My children and my grandchildren stayed and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property to stay was excellent.
